Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and there is no cancellation charge. After the cutoff, contact our support team for help.

When do I pay?
You pay your driver after the trip. There is no online payment during booking.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Yes. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup. After that cutoff, please contact support.
When will I receive driver details?
Driver information will be provided before pickup once your driver has been arranged.
How do I contact my driver?
WhatsApp is the preferred direct contact method around pickup time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number during booking so we have the flight information needed to coordinate your pickup. Automatic flight monitoring is not currently offered.
Do I need a Vietnamese phone number?
No. A Vietnamese SIM is not required for booking. WhatsApp availability around pickup time is recommended.
