When do I pay?
You pay your driver after the trip. There is no online payment during booking.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Yes. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup. After that cutoff, please contact support.
When will I receive driver details?
Driver information will be provided before pickup once your driver has been arranged.
How do I coordinate with my driver?
Contact Vietnam Transfer through the support details in your booking confirmation. We coordinate pickup while keeping customer and driver contact details private.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number during booking so we have the flight information needed to coordinate your pickup. Automatic flight monitoring is not currently offered.
Do I need a Vietnamese phone number?
No. A Vietnamese SIM is not required for booking. Keep access to the email address used for your request so you can receive updates.
