Confirmation and payment
We review availability and trip details before confirming the transfer, requested vehicle category and customer fare. Availability may be declined. Driver and actual vehicle details are normally provided around 24 hours before scheduled pickup. No payment is required when submitting a request. The customer pays the confirmed fare to the driver after the trip.
Private pickup coordination
Before pickup, customers receive the confirmed fare and safe driver and vehicle information. Customer and driver direct contact details remain private, while Vietnam Transfer coordinates the pickup.
Airport requests
Airport-arrival requests require the flight number so the intended arrival can be reviewed. Vietnam Transfer does not claim automatic flight tracking. Read more about private airport transfers
Routes in Vietnam
Published transfer route guides are not a guarantee that every route is available. Travelers may submit another route in Vietnam for review, and availability is confirmed only after assessment.
