Transfer Terms

Submitting the form sends Vietnam Transfer a transfer request. It does not immediately confirm the transfer, fare, vehicle, driver, or availability. We review the route and trip details, coordinate the service, and then send confirmation. Our operational target is to confirm the fare and driver within 30 minutes, but availability may be declined.

No payment is required when you submit the initial request. Pay the confirmed fare to the driver after the trip or follow the confirmed trip instructions provided by Vietnam Transfer. We do not offer online payment through the request form.

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, pickup date and time, passenger and luggage counts, contact details, and any access or meeting instructions. Airport transfer requests require the correct flight number. Tell support about important changes as soon as possible.

You are responsible for choosing a pickup time that allows for check-in, traffic, and the airline’s guidance. Vietnam Transfer does not guarantee an arrival time and does not automatically track flights. Follow the confirmed meeting instructions and be ready at the agreed pickup point.

A transfer becomes confirmed only when Vietnam Transfer sends the confirmed fare and trip arrangement. Driver and vehicle details are supplied safely before pickup as they become operationally available. Direct customer and driver contact details remain private, and Vietnam Transfer coordinates the pickup.

We may decline a request when the route, timing, vehicle, passenger or luggage requirements, safety conditions, or partner availability cannot be supported. A requested vehicle category may be fulfilled with an appropriate available vehicle matching the confirmed trip requirements.

Cancellation is free until exactly 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. After that cutoff, contact Vietnam Transfer support; cancellation is not guaranteed.

Use the secure Manage Booking page when cancellation remains available. If the online action is unavailable or the cutoff has passed, email support@govietnamtransfer.com.

Traffic, weather, road restrictions, airport procedures, vehicle issues, flight changes, and other events outside normal control can affect pickup or travel. We will use reasonable operational efforts to coordinate changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular travel time, or automatic flight monitoring.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, provide misleading booking information, or misuse customer, driver, or booking-access information.
