1. Email Vietnam Transfer at support@govietnamtransfer.com.
2. State clearly that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.
3. Provide your booking reference and the name and email address or WhatsApp number used for the request. Send these details privately, not in a public comment or post.
4. Respond to any reasonable identity-verification question. This protects your information from unauthorized access or deletion.

After verification, we will review the personal data linked to your request and delete or anonymize eligible records. This may include booking contact details and customer communications held by Vietnam Transfer.

Some records may need to be retained where reasonably required for ongoing trip operations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. We will not retain personal data solely because a deletion request was made.

Vietnam Transfer will respond through the same verified support channel when the request has been reviewed or if more information is needed.
